Priority Pods Support

Right now we are only offering Priority Pods Support for one site. If you would like to cover multiple sites, you will need to sign up for multiple plans.

Each per incident support can be for any site even if they are different from incident to incident.

Priority Pods Support means you have direct access to a Pods expert. Your bug reports and Pods-specific questions will be answered ahead of others on WordPress.org forums and the Pods Community Support Slack.

You should receive a response same-day and in nearly every case our goal is to get back to you within a couple of hours.

Support availability: M-F (9am-4pm UTC-6)

If you discover a bug with Pods not doing what it should be doing, we will do our best to resolve that bug within a week in Pods core itself. Some issues are more difficult to figure out and resolve and could take more time. In most cases, we will be able to provide you with a workaround solution.

If you need help with using a filter or making a tweak to how Pods works in a certain area, we will provide you same-day assistance in most cases.

Each time you reach out for Priority Pods Support, that starts an incident. So think of each of these incidents as a "ticket".

If you request support for multiple things that are separate bugs or separate things (help with an upgrade AND help with a data migration) then those additional requests will be split off into new incidents that you can choose to pay per-incident for.

Yes, every Maintenance plan with Priority Pods Support does have up to 2 incidents per month included with them.

BUT -- you'll be happy to know that not every question or problem will count towards your incident cap each month. Due to the structure of the maintenance plans, only things that are Pods-centric and require direct support from a Pods expert will count.

You'll be notified when an incident is used and if you run out of incidents in a given month.
